- Can I include other items on my FastTrack order?
- No. The store will prevent you from mixing FastTrack items with other items from the store.
- How many FastTrack Bundles can I order for free?
- You can order one of EACH FastTrack Bundle per dealer location. If you have multiple locations, you can repeat the process with each dealer ID. If you need assistance placing your order, please email kubota@thesourcinggroup.com (please reference each dealer id and attach the logo(s) you wish to use to make the process quicker). To ensure we don't remove your order as a duplicate, please enter a separate Dealer ID at the last step of checkout.
- When will my order ship?
- All orders placed before January 15th, 2023 will ship by February 20th, 2023.
- How do I customize my POP FastTrack Bundles?
- Once you select ‘add to cart’, select ‘confiture bundle’ and follow the on-screen steps to upload your logo and checkout.
For each bundle, you must upload your dealer logo. You then have the opportunity to apply that to all other items in that bundle. Be sure to check the acjnowledgement checkbox at the bottom of the page, then add your customized items to the cart. - What if I don't have a logo?
- You must upload a logo to purchase the bundle. If you don't have your company's logo file, please contact your marketing team or management. If your company doesn't have a logo at all, you'll need to create an image of the name of your company in text. If you need assistance with that, please contact us.
- What file format should my logo upload be?
- The POP Fastrack bundle uses full color artwork. The supported formats are: PDF, EPS, PSD, AI, PNG, and JPEG/JPG. For best results, use artwork with a DPI of 150 to 300. Particularly large files may show as processing for a longer time (yellow spinner) after you first upload the file. If this occurs, please refresh your page after a minute or two and see if issue resolves and the artwork appears on the template item. White logos and white elements (unless fully trapped by other elements) will not appear due to the white background of the product.
- What if I don't carry some of the items in the bundle?
- You will receive only the bundle items that you are contracted to sell.
- What can I customize in my POP FastTrack Bundle?
- You can add your logo, however some items in the bundle are static and do not get customized with your logo.
- Are the additional materials FREE?
- You can order any of the "extras" at no additional charge to your dealership. There are strict limits to the quantity per dealer location.

- I don’t see any pricing on my POP.
- You can write your pricing directly on the Hang Tags using a permanent marker. However, considering future pricing changes, HERE is a removable sheet label that you can purchase to add pricing to the Hang Tags and HERE is a template that we've built to make printing these labels easier.
- I have more than one location. Do I need to place multiple orders?
- You can place one order per location. If you have multiple locations, you can repeat the process with each dealer ID. If you need assistance placing your order, please email kubota@thesourcinggroup.com for assistance (please reference each dealer id and attach the logo(s) you wish to use to make the process quicker). To ensure we don't remove your order as a duplicate, please enter a separate Dealer ID at the last step of checkout.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Your POP Fastrack Bundle will ship for FREE.
- What do I do if I never received my order?

- After the free order period is over, we will be adding each of these items to the store for you to purchase individually at a cost to the dealer.
